Cornell Cooperative Extension of Saratoga County will host an informal support group via Zoom for people with diabetes or prediabetes. The program will meet the first Friday of each month.
There is no fee for the support group. Topics will vary and may be based on the interest of the group with encouragement to ask questions, and share successes and challenges associated with controlling diabetes with diet and physical activity. Lead by Diane Whitten, Nutrition Educator, Cornell Cooperative Extension Saratoga County.
